Dr. Stephen Hoyle

Dr. Steve Hoyle has a Ph.D. in Operations Research from Stanford University, an M.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from UCLA, and B.S. degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from the USAF Academy. Steve is the founder and President of Peak Energy Solutions, Inc. He is the chief designer and a programmer of the scheduling model for six major gas transportation pipelines (EPNG, Kern River, Northwest, Texas Gas, Gulf South, and Southern Star) and several small pipelines. All of these pipelines use these models daily. He has been working in the natural gas industry since 1994.

Deb Parker

Deb Parker has a B.S. degree in Mathematics from Texas A&M University - Commerce, and an M.S. in Operations Research from Stanford University. Deb developed requirements, designed, and programmed the scheduling models for five major gas transportation pipelines (Kern River, Northwest, Texas Gas, Gulf South, and Southern Star). Her generic modeling designs have allowed modeling for new customers to be done quickly and with less expense. Deb has been working in the natural gas industry since 1997.
